Visitor Page

If you've arrived at this page it's because you want to know where you can get equipment to play Bat & Trap.

Light Use
If you want a set of equipment for use with the kids in the back garden, then you'll want to go to to this link:

http://www.goddensprodarts.co.uk/index.html .

Pro
If your need is for more robust equipment (the same as we use ourselves) then, for the bats and traps, contact the man who makes ours. His name is Derek Litton, and you can contact him by email here .

As for the post holders, these are always made by the teams themselves. For more info on them go to our Rules page. Scroll to the bottom and you'll come to a section on Pitch & Equipment. Item 2 tells you the dimensions of the post holders. They are easily made. Most of ours are made from concrete, others, wood filled with earth (to make them heavy enough). Still others are just made of wood.

The posts themselves are usually wood or metal.

You will also see there a diagram of the pitch layout and a photo of a trap. More pictures can be found on our photos page, which also includes items of historical interest.

As for the pitch, we're afraid you'll have to supply that yourself! Best of all is if your local pub has a big garden. And then there is the added advantage of beer of course. If you can get enough local pubs then you have yourself a league. Brewers are usually good at stumping up for trophies etc, since the game does get more people into pubs.

While you're here, feel free to look around and if there's any questions you may have, please don't hesitate to email us.
